• Make sure that the unit has a continuous power and gas supply
• Ensure that the set temperature on the thermostat is above room temperature
• Confirm thermistor is connected correctly and installed in the air discharge duct. (4-star models only)
• Check that the power LED is lit on the controller. If it isn’t, check power is available at the GPO, check the circuit breaker and check the fuses on an electrical panel within the unit
• Check the batteries in the thermostat
• Check the return air filter
• If the heater still does not operate, the safety shutdown device within the heater may have locked the control. Try resetting the controller
