At times this may mean talking you through some simple checks over the phone. This is because what may appear to be a serious issue can sometimes be as trivial as a flat battery.

Taking the time to be meticulous and thorough means that you'll never pay more than you have to. That's our promise to you.

All Brands Covered

Our vast experience working in the industry for many years means that we are able to repair, service and install all major brands of air conditioning unit and heater. Examples include Action Air, Aqua, Bonaire, Braemar, Brivis, Carrier, Coolair, Daikin, Fujitsu, Honeywell, Lennox, LG, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Rinnai, Sharp, Vulcan and many more!

Can't Be Repaired?

We’ll always do our best to repair your existing unit but there may be times when it's simply not possible. This is often due to the sheer age of the system, sometimes paired with a lack of regular maintenance. If the manufacturer has stopped producing the parts, we can try to source aftermarket or used parts to carry out the repair.

If we can't repair your unit, we will provide you with a supply and installation cost for a replacement. We can also provide you with honest, independent advice about the best model to pick. If you go ahead with a new unit, we will credit your account with either a partial or full refund for the cost of the booking fee for the repair.
